Delete your Influencely account

Account and data deletion

Fastest option: open Influencely, go to Account → Delete account, review the warning, and confirm. This permanently revokes the account and begins media cleanup immediately.

What is deleted

Your account credentials, sessions, profile, connected social profiles, push tokens, onboarding answers, submissions, drafts, and user-scoped creator media are removed or de-identified. You will lose access immediately and the action cannot be undone.

What may be retained

Limited de-identified transaction, payout, fraud-prevention, security, tax, or dispute records may be retained when required by law or a legitimate obligation. Backups and queued storage deletions may take up to 30 days to expire.

Delete selected data without closing your account

You can ask us to delete specific profile details, connected social profiles, uploads, drafts, submissions, voice-overs, or support messages while keeping your Influencely account open. Email us from the address used for your account, use the subject “Influencely selected data deletion request,” and list the specific data you want removed. We may ask you to verify account control before processing the request.

We will remove the requested data unless it must be retained for a legal, payout, fraud-prevention, security, tax, or dispute obligation. Backups and queued storage deletions may take up to 30 days to expire.

Email us from the address used for your Influencely account. Include the subject “Influencely account deletion request.” We may ask you to verify account control before processing the request.
