Delete your Influencely account

Account and data deletion

Fastest option: open Influencely, go to Account → Delete account, review the warning, and confirm. We immediately block new sign-ins and revoke existing sessions, then finish database, creator-media, and external-authentication cleanup automatically.

What is deleted

Your database account, sessions, profile, connected social profiles, push tokens, onboarding answers, submissions, drafts, and managed-posting credentials are removed or de-identified. Creator-media and external-authentication cleanup runs separately and retries automatically. For at least 24 hours after database deletion, and until that automatic cleanup succeeds, Influencely keeps only encrypted cleanup locators and one-way provider-identity hashes while it repeatedly removes any creator data written by a request that was already in progress. Those cleanup records are scrubbed after cleanup completes. Influencely retains domain-separated suppression hashes of internal creator aliases and converted anonymous onboarding session IDs only to reject stale writes after cleanup; they contain no provider token, session ID, or plaintext profile data. The account deletion cannot be undone.

To prevent an already-issued provider token or callback from recreating the deleted account, registration with the same Google, Apple, Firebase, or Discord identity may be unavailable until that cleanup completes.

If YouTube is connected, Influencely first asks Google to revoke its OAuth credential. If Google cannot confirm revocation immediately, Influencely stops new publishing, queues automatic retries, and completes local deletion after confirmed revocation or the seven-day hard-purge deadline; no manual retry is required. A provider request already accepted before deletion may still finish, and videos already held by YouTube remain there until you delete them in YouTube.

What may be retained

Limited de-identified transaction, payout, fraud-prevention, security, tax, or dispute records may be retained when required by law or a legitimate obligation. Backups expire under their normal retention schedule.

Delete selected data without closing your account

You can ask us to delete specific profile details, connected social profiles, uploads, drafts, submissions, voice-overs, or support messages while keeping your Influencely account open. Email us from the address used for your account, use the subject “Influencely selected data deletion request,” and list the specific data you want removed. We may ask you to verify account control before processing the request.

We will remove the requested data unless it must be retained for a legal, payout, fraud-prevention, security, tax, or dispute obligation. Backups expire under their normal retention schedule; a failed storage cleanup may require support follow-up.
